At the beginning of school, your child should have received a Welcome Back packet. Inside that packet was a Campbell PTA envelope with all of the relevant forms you might want to fill out for the school year. Inside you should have seen the following forms: a membership form to become a PTA member; a yearbook and memory message form; an order form for a Campbell brick dedicated to your child, a volunteer form and a classroom party form.
If you haven’t already filled out these forms, you have until November 1st. Our goal this year, was to make it as easy and convenient for parents to get any and all paperwork over and done with at the beginning of school. If you are missing a form from your package or have any questions or concerns about any of the forms, please feel free to contact us at info@campbellpta.org.

The EPI Fall fundraiser has begun and we have already received tremendous feedback! You can fill out the order form provided with the EPI package or you can send your loved ones, neighbors, and friends an email telling them to order online! We have tried to make it as easy as possible. Don’t forget that the money we raise through this fundraiser will benefit Campbell’s students and teachers by way of field trips, educational materials, technology and teacher training. Order forms are due September 14th and should be handed into your child’s homeroom teacher. Don’t forget to enter your child’s name into the raffle. Once your child has sold five items, they can enter into the raffle to win a stuffed animal! Happy Selling!
If you have any questions, contact our VP of Fundraising, Jennifer Little at fundraising@campbellpta.org.

The Volunteer Orientation meeting which is scheduled for September 15th at 10 am will give volunteers valuable information on what the needs are for this year and how to log volunteer hours. Logging volunteer hours is very important. It benefits Campbell Elementary!
All volunteers are required to sign in and out through RAPTOR every time they work on campus or at home. This system allows the school to track volunteer hours. RAPTOR requires a driver’s license scan at the beginning of EVERY school year. If you have not done this for the 2010-2011 school year, please stop by the front office and present your driver’s license to the staff. Once your driver’s license has been scanned, you should receive an auto-generated email with a user name and password which will allow you to log into your profile on RAPTOR’s Virtual Volunteer at www.v-volunteer.com. On this website, you will be able to log hours done at school or at home. You can also log your home hours into the Off-Campus Hours Binder in the school’s front office. If you have any questions, please contact our PTA Volunteer Coordinator, Sofia Sheikh at volunteer@campbellpta.org.

Our Fall Fundraiser will be kicking off on August 31st and will end on September 14th. This year we have made a change and we will be conducting catalog sales with EPI (Educational Products, Inc.). EPI offers wrapping paper, gift items, jewelery, food items, cookie dough, personalized products, magazines and much more! We are very excited to be working with EPI and are looking forward to earning lots of money for Campbell kids. Remember that the money earned will fund many things for Campbell students such as field trips, student programs, educational materials and technology items for the classrooms! Look for more information about the fundraiser in your child’s Tuesday folder. If you would like to help with the Fall Fundraiser, please contact Jennifer Little at fundraising@campbellpta.org.
